Important to know
Stay
- The minimum rental period is 7 nights – during shoulder/low season shorter periods are possible
- The rental period starts on Saturday and ends on Saturday
- Check-in between 4 pm and 7 pm – Departure: before 9.30 am
Swimming pool
- Swimming pool is open from April – October
Dogs
- Dogs are welcome – on request and with the villa owner’s permission
Deposit
- A deposit of 25% must be paid directly to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid within 8 weeks before the start date of occupancy.
Damage deposit
- A separate rental damage deposit of € 500 – needs to be paid with the final payment or at least 2 weeks before the start date of occupancy. The damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after checkout.
Final cleaning 2025
- The rental amount is excluded from the final cleaning.
- Final cleaning up to 10 people is € 300,- which need to be handed over in cash to the concierge on the day of departure. Per additional person we charge €30,-.
- When booking 2 weeks or more, we change bed linen and towels on Saturday. The costs up to 10 people are €100 per week. Per additional person we charge €10,-.
Extra
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa
- Excluded heating
