Important to know

Stay

The minimum rental period is 7 nights – during shoulder/low season shorter periods are possible
The rental period starts on Saturday and ends on Saturday
Check-in between 4 pm and 7 pm – Departure: before 9.30 am

Swimming pool

Swimming pool is open from April – October

Dogs

Dogs are welcome – on request and with the villa owner’s permission

Deposit

A deposit of 25% must be paid directly to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid within 12 weeks before the start date of occupancy.

Damage deposit

A separate rental damage deposit of € 500 – needs to be paid with the final payment or at least 2 weeks before the start date of occupancy. The damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after checkout.

Final cleaning 2025

The rental amount is excluded from the final cleaning.
Final cleaning up to 10 people is €380,- which need to be handed over in cash to the concierge on the day of departure. Per additional person we charge €38,-.
When booking 2 weeks or more, we change bed linen and towels on Saturday. The costs up to 10 people are €160 per week. Per additional person we charge €10,-.
